A large wholesale company needed a proper system for their managers and clients. Not just a CRM — a full trade portal where clients could log in using an electronic digital signature, place orders, track deliveries, and chat with their manager. I built the whole thing from scratch.

What's inside
The portal has two sides. Managers see the full CRM: orders, clients, employees, reports, settings. They can track every order from creation to delivery, see the complete history, and chat with clients in real time.

Clients get their own interface too. They log in with an electronic signature (EDS) — no passwords, just plug in the token and you're in. They see their orders, statuses, invoices, and can message their manager directly. The client card stores everything: company details, INN, OGRN, contact info, order history.

Each order has its own tracking timeline — when it was created, when the invoice was sent, when the client paid, when it ships. The manager and client both see the same timeline, so there's zero confusion about what's happening.

We also built a Telegram bot that mirrored the key features: managers could authorize through the bot, clients could track their orders, and everyone got instant notifications. Pretty handy for a 2018 project.
