To protect patient health and shield doctors from lawsuits, we created DentalSafety — a web service for medical surveys before dental procedures.
Before the appointment, the patient fills out a digital questionnaire about their health, allergies, and current medications. The system flags potential risks and the dentist sees a clear summary before touching anything.
Built for both government and private dental clinics. The admin panel lets clinic staff manage patient records, view survey history, and configure questionnaire templates.
