RegBiz is a service I built for fast-tracking the registration of LLCs and sole proprietorships in Russia. The whole thing runs through a Telegram bot on the client side and a web-based admin panel for the agents who process the paperwork.
How it works
A person opens the Telegram bot and answers a series of questions: business type, tax regime, activity codes, personal details. The bot collects everything, generates the full document package, and sends it off to an agent for review. The agent handles the rest — filing with the tax office, getting the electronic signature, paying the state fee.

The agent panel
On the backend, there's a full admin panel where agents manage their clients and applications. Each application has a status pipeline — from "preparing documents" to "submitted to tax office" to "registration complete." Agents can upload scans, track payments, and chat with clients directly through a built-in support messenger.

Built-in support chat
Instead of forcing people onto email or phone, I added a real-time chat right into the admin panel. Agents see a list of conversations on the left, pick one, and type away. Supports text, files, even voice messages. This was 2017, and having a built-in chat felt pretty modern back then.
